How do I book an appointment on the website?

Under each sub title there are services specific to the title. Ex. Under Hair cut there is Men's cut, kids cut etc. Under Color services there is highlights or one process color. Choose the service you are looking for select the date and time, enter your information, pay the required deposit and select book appointment. Do you take walk-ins?

If the stylist has the allotted time or can create a time for the service, YES walk-in appointments are welcomed.

How do I add on a service to my original service?

Accepted Answer

Ex. On the drop down menu it will say Add cut, add conditioning treatment. If you have already booked your appointment your service provider can add to the service booked. Please contact the provider IMMEDIATELY to add to the service booked. This will insure there is enough time for the service

I forgot to add eyebrow hair removal and I've already booked the appointment?

Accepted Answer

If the original appointment was made the same day, you can go back on the site to add the service. If not, You can contact the stylist by email or Text to have the additional service added

I'm trying to book and its asking for a deposit?

Accepted Answer

All services require a deposit. The deposit goes to toward the total cost of the service.

If I need to cancel can I get my deposit back?

Accepted Answer

Deposits will be refunded for services that are canceled 24 to hours prior to the appointment

I want to pay the entire service in cash, how can I do that?"

Accepted Answer

After the service has been provided, the stylist will refund the deposit and you can pay in cash.  It may take 2 to 3 business days to receive your refund depending on your financial institution.

How can I schedule a standing appointment for every 3 weeks?

After choosing the date, select reccuring. There you can choose how often you want your standing appointments. Every Friday, every other Friday, every 4th friday etc.

What is a Chi Smoothing Treatment? How can I benefit from this service?

The Chi smoothing treatment is NOT A CHEMICAL. It is a treatment designed to HELP smooth curly hair, reduce frizz and reduce the amount of time for blow drying or air drying the hair. It can lasts from 3 to 6 months depending on how often the client shampoo's. With each shampoo, the longevity will decrease. The cleints that want to stretch their curls, reduce frizz and have more manageability can benefit from this Service.
